Kitto 擁有 工商管理碩士(市場營銷)學位,在香港和中國大陸從事企業管理工作。 2002年,在繁忙的工作之餘,她參加了第一堂瑜伽課,主要是為了釋放壓力,遠離辦公桌。 她立即愛上了從不同角度看待生活的瑜伽理論,因此她認真每日練習。2009年,Kitto在印度北部達蘭薩拉獲得了RYT-200教師培訓證書。
此後,Kitto開始於業餘時間教授私人瑜珈課程,想跟大家分享她的瑜珈經驗同時持續進行相關培訓:

Kitto還有很多其他嗜好,例如跳弗拉明戈舞、拉二胡和旅行攝影。Kitto也擁有自己的工作室,教授從法國學到的古老蕾絲手工製作技術。
在她的瑜珈課上,她專注於正位體位法與內在意識的協調。她認為,除了體位法之外,呼吸練習和冥想也是每次練習的重要元素。瑜珈休息術 (Yoga Nidra) 對於帶來放鬆的身體和覺醒的心靈也至關重要。她喜歡激勵其他人將瑜伽練習引入跑步等其他運動中,以改善健康並避免受傷,從而致力於長期的身心健康目標。

Kitto is a MBA (Marketing) degree holder and working as Corporate Management in Hong Kong and China. During busy work schedule, she took her first yoga class in 2002 mainly for releasing stress and get away from the working desk. She fell in love immediately with the yoga theory on different perspect about life so she commited to daily practice. In 2009, Kitto obtained her RYT-200 teacher training certificate in Dharamshala, North India.
Since then, Kitto has started teaching private yoga classes after office so to share her yoga experience with others while keeping continuous related training :

Kitto has many other hobbies like dancing Flamenco, playing Erhu and travel photography. Kitto also has her own workshop teaching ancient workmanship of lace making technique learnt from France.
In her yoga class, she focuses on alignment of asanas with inner awareness. She believes that other than asanas, breathing exercises and meditation are also important elements for every practice. Yoga nidra is also crucial for bringing relaxed body and awakened mind. She enjoys inspiring others bringing yoga practice to other sports like running to improve wellness and avoid injuries so to commit to long term physical and mental health goals.
Kitto is now a RYT-200 teaching private yoga classes.
